Sales Representative
A full-time (1099 commission) outside sales position, your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified home owners.

You are not responsible to generate your own leads. Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, 80% of the legwork has been done for you. We have a very rigorous pre-qualification process that ensures we are putting our sales reps in the best possible situation to be successful.

Your only focus must be on selling. We do everything else from processing the order to dealing with and changes after the product is sold. We only ask you to learn our training process and products within your first 90 days, stay true to your training and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers that truly need what we offer.

Primary job responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to home owners on an I pad
  • Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings
  • Design new bath on our proprietary I pad software
  • Deliver price and close sales on daily basis

Qualifications:

  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
  • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
  • Ability to work independently
  • Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
  • Previous sales experience preferred but not needed

Salary and Benefits: 10% commission and override

Production Assistant

RFMC Construction, Inc. is seeking a Production Assistant to assist the
Production Department with various clerical and administrative responsibilities. The ideal
candidate is computer literate, organized, and have 1-3 years of experience in an office
environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist Production Manager with various clerical responsibilities to ensure department is running
  • smoothly.
  • Create, maintain, and enter information into CRM databases
  • Assist the Production Manager with ordering, tracking and ensuring materials are delivered timely.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and office personnel with job status
  • Assist with coordinating field installer responsibilities and keeping office informed of any issues
  • Create customer profiles, files, and keep them organized and up to date
  • Perform general office clerical duties and errands as needed
  • Assist with answering the phone, greet walk-in clients and visitors as needed
  • Assist with keeping the general office common areas clean
  • Assist with maintaining office supply inventory and equipment as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of previous receptionist/administrative assistant experience in the construction industry or
  • a related field is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and OneNote)
  • Prior experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is preferred
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills
  • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
  • Have a valid driver license
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • High school diploma; college degree preferred

Construction Dispatcher/Production Manager

RFMC Construction, Inc. is seeking an Office Production Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting the General Contractor/Owner for the Bath Remodeling Division. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, highly organized, and the ability to perform under deadlines.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, Implement and control the schedule for production staff - review/adjust schedule as needed using a CRM system designed for the construction industry. * Determine the material and human resources required to ensure we meet production targets * Place orders and manage inventory to ensure we have materials on time for scheduling. * Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement * Implement standard operating procedures and ensure those procedures are followed * Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for production improvement * Estimate production costs, manage production budgets, and implement cost control programs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be computer literate and comfortable using a CRM Platform for scheduling. · Experience using Microsoft Office 365, which includes Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Skype * Bachelor’s Degree preferred or industry experience will be considered * Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing environment · Strong leadership skills and able to manage field crew from the office. * Strong organization skills, and highly results-driven * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills while working with multiple stakeholders · Authorized to work in the United States
